I tried upgrading a Dell Latitude D600 laptop from openSUSE 13.1 to 13.2 using
the "upgrade" option on the 32-bit (i586) install DVD.

Since this machine already had the "multimedia and restricted formats" packages
installed, I elected to retain the (updated to point to 13.2) packman and
libdvdcss repositories, as well as including the update repositories for OSS &
non-OSS. While this has caused dependency issues in previous upgrades, it
didn't appear to be a problem this time and everything was going swimmingly
until it got to "Updating kernel module dependecies...", whereupon the
following error message popped up:

Internal error: Please report a bug with logs.
Details: undefined method `sort' for nil:NilClass
Caller: /mount/smp_0001/usr/share/YaST2/modules/Kernel.rb:626:in `block in
SaveModulesToLoad'

I'm not sure I'll ever be able to replicate this since I didn't bother creating
a backup prior to the upgrade (this machine is only used as a test-bed).

The hardware is a standard Dell Latitude D600 /w 2GB of memory which has
successfully passed multiple passes of both V4.20 & V5.01 of Memtest86+.

The machine is still waiting with the error message open, waiting for me to
tell it what to do next.

Thanks,
ron
