``` Background: the tld ".site" is offically registered and thus no longer available for private use. ToDo: Change your private tld, to something NOT registered. Gotchas: ".local" is reserved for mDNS / ZeroConf / Bonjour / Rendezvous. Do NOT use it for DNS / DHCP !
