I noticed this when applying the recent patch 6153 "Recommended update for systemd" from the Leap 42.2 Update-Test repo but AFAIR it applies to all systemd patches on all openSUSE releases so far. These patches are listed with "interactive:---", however after installing them, systemd and systemd-journald (or maybe init if using the systemd-sysvinit package) are shown by zypper ps as "(deleted)". The only way AFAIK (and certainly the simplest way) to replace those deleted executables by the newly installed ones is to reboot.
