when called, after system installation, to activate ntpd and/or to set ntp-servers, yast module "ntp configuration" deletes restrict directives from /etc/ntp.conf. which is a Bad Thing :-) seems that the code of yast-ntp-client does not take care or not correctly take care of "restrict" directives present in /etc/ntp.conf this bug shows up in 13.1, 13.2, tumbleweed
