I installed wxhexeditor from the openSUSE:Leap:42.2 distribution repository and
attempted to run it. It failed to run due to missing library, console output:
wxHexEditor: error while loading shared libraries: libmhash.so.2: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory.
I executed rpm -q --requires wxhexeditor :
/bin/sh
/bin/sh
rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1
rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1
rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1

I inspected the 42.2 package in obs and found that it still had the old manual
requires macro from pre wxWigets3
