output of jhbuild

Having installed 'jhbuild' and later also 'jhbuild-recommended-deps' jhbuild is
not able to get and build the polari IRC client.

According to polari devs this is a jhbuild downstream issue, so ours.

Running 'jhbuild build polari' gives me what you can see in the attached file
'jhbuild-output'.

It seems to be about variable 'libjpeg_prefix' not being defined. However I
have no idea what all this Qt stuff is about.

I assume this is a general jhbuild issue and not related to polari directly.
