The directory /lib/modules/5.10.16-1-default/kernel exists and looks OK. 

Surprisingly there is still a bunch of modules from the day onwards where I
set-up the system (starting at 5.5.x kernels...) - this is not automatically
cleaned up?

Anything else I can check/lookup/try?
