Many thanks. With the kernel param amdgpu.backlight=0 the backlight brightness
control works with the latest TW kernel and your package at the time of
writing.

I wonder if we can get connected with any Lenovo or ASUS folks to find out what
they did wrong? But I guess that's not gonna happen. Do they contribute
anything open source in the first place?? Only time will tell :)
