With https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/541773 python-boto3 no longer able to build due to can not find python3-futures, not sure how many python modules be effected, but I see not just python-boto3, also some packages rely on python-boto3. This issue appears on TW, Leap 15 and SLE 15.
