Uh-oh... I can not install a new machine from Beta.

My system is XFCE, which is not included in the DVD, but downloaded from the
oss repo. As the online repo is now the released version, the core of the
system would be beta, the desktop would be "released", and it can not be
assured that this frankostin would reproduce the problem.

I could try to install minimal X instead, or Gnome, with network disabled. :-?

Tell me first, before I go ahead creating that machine, if the machine I
provided with the issue is not enough, then I'll try creating another and see
if the issue is reproduced.


I have another test machine in real hardware that I have not tried to update
yet, but even if this one exhibits the issue, I can not share it, as it
contains personal data. But I could run commands on it prior to updating.
