gscan2pdf is not in openSUSE:Factory, so it would be unacceptable to be added to the distribution. Maintainer of Publishing/gscan2pdf should add it to Tumbleweed so it may be included in the next stable release. The bug report is understood as a request for gscan2pdf, which will not happen until then.
