And there should *not* be one.
Otherwise the system-wide keyboard layout would be explicitly overridden in any
case on login and not be used at all, also not on X11.
I.e. it would rather have the opposite effect.

We already have the other bug report about your dead keys problem, so let's
keep this one about the freeze.
Probably also rather an upstream problem though.
