The problem is that even the latest upstream version of aws-cli still has colorama <= 0.3.9, so I have to investigate first whether I can just bump the version number for Requires in the spec file. We might be able to do that since colorama is actually used on Windows only. On other operating systems, the module does nothing. I have also reported a bug report upstream: https://github.com/aws/aws-cli/issues/3724
