It is still not clear to me if windows installed on /dev/sda or /dev/sdb, if
you are not interested in retaining partitioning of /dev/sda you can just enter
expert partitioning in installer and create new partition table.

Also assuming that you are on uefi machine, you probably want partition table
to be gpt if you want to create uefi boot partition there.
