In KDE desktop environments windows executables have the
application/x-ms-dos-executable mimetype assigned to, which is missing in this
package. Regular wine packages adds the following mimetypes: 

MimeType=application/x-msdos-program;application/x-ms-dos-executable;application/x-msi;application/x-win-lnk;application/x-ms-shortcut;
