scenario: using kaffeine in order to watch tv will not work nor will there be
any helpful error messages. Reason is, that you have to load fw into the card,
whenever you start the pc. It is expected to be found in /lib/firmware. 

It took me a day to find this out (again).

For this tevii card is expected: dvb-fe-ds3000.fw

please deliver this with oss in the future, especially since this company
offers working linux drivers.

I don't know the reponsibilities, so please forward it to the approbiate
department and maybe, you will deliver it with 42.2.
