The Samba 4 package network:samba:TESTING/samba has experimental support for Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC) functionality. The AD DC function is deactivated by default. But even if the option is activated e.g. with rpmbuild -bb --with dc ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/samba.spec the AD DC setup tool 'samba-tool' is missing in binary packages.
