Comment # 2 on bug 1227180 from Gabriel Krisman Bertazi

This test has been plagued with variations so I've tried to caracterize that
first.    It appears to fluctuate way  more on SP6. I ran 10 iterations on
hardy3 oon SP5, and I'm able to get very consistent runs with
5.14.21-150500.55.80.  Out of 10 runs of the nops test, I've got minor
variations only.
