Also, did you try a normal installation without another unknown layer such as this Ventoy? That screenshot on Wikipedia leads me to believe that this is already a layer of bootloader (it lets you select UEFI or not, for example). That means that this is yet another layer of software to debug; of which I feel zero motivation. ;-)
