Afaics you have
- a hypervisor crash
- a grub problem
- a reboot issue

Whether the first and last warrant creating entries here is up to you; I think
I've made pretty clear that these are very likely issues in the firmware that
we can't do much about (other than suggesting workarounds). If you want each
one to have an entry, I'd suggest (as said before) to keep this one for the
first issue. If you agree that those don't warrant entries, you could convert
this one to track the grub problem (but perhaps it would still be more clean to
open a new one and get this one closed).
