Ok, I tried what you suggested but no luck. I am using trusted grub, encrypted
LUKS lvm.

With this asset I am still matrix stile. (Maybe I am too bluepilled, the matrix
still has me).
Do you see any version that may cause this issue. I followed several time the
procedure, forced reinstall etc. No difference. 
All the rest before and after is normal. Splash package is:
sudo rpm -q libply-splash-core4
libply-splash-core4-0.9.4+git20190304.ed9f201-lp151.2.3.1.x86_64
