## Further details

The issue boils down to a packaging policy violation: the shared library
package libKF5Kipi30_0_0 contains a .desktop file, which is not acceptable.

As the test shows, installation on libKF5Kipi32_0_0 is not possible without a
file conflict.

a SLPP package is not to contain ANYTHING that does not follow the SOVER of the
library packaged (that can be multiple libraries, or even versioned files)
