This shows only system startup, but not shutdown.
Please do another reboot so that the shutdown is captured.

Yes, the debug options are in place.

You can try but it probably won't fix the bug since the kill comes from another
code path, at least in my tests.
Still, it would be good to check wheter you see the same behaviour like in my
tests.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to follow up with this today.
