wireplumber 0.5.3 (released in June) contained some fixes that might be
related. 

Jim Henderson, can you confirm if you're still seeing the issue with the latest
versions? (pipewire 1.2.3 and wireplumber 0.5.6)

If you do, can you send us the contents of your ~/.config/pipewire and
~/.config/wireplumber directories (if you have any files in there) and the
output of running "wpctl status" (and pw-dump again would be nice too, just in
case there's more information with the more recent versions) ?
