Comment # 59 on bug 1169783 from Dominique Leuenberger

As the plymouth maintainer seems not to have capacity to actually solve this
issue, I have reverted plymouth back to the version of the TW snapshot 0411
(0.9.5+git20190908+3abfab2)

This does not fix the issue, but at least gets our users back on track to not
having to worry. It would be great if some could stay around and test future
versions Cliff might be providing - before they hit Tumbleweed.

The reverted version will be part of Snapshot 20200504
