It doesn't have a hard-coded pixel dimensions.
As I wrote, it has a height of 670 pixels here, which should be small enough.
But the size depends on the available options, i.e. on your hardware.

Opening the same dialog in systemsettings5 ("Configure Desktop") doesn't have
this problem.
