Subversion was not branched into SP2, so would not built with
SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:GA/swig, but SUSE:SLE-12:Update/swig. (also for maintenance, so
no problem there).

If subversion were branched in SP2 or later, or rebuilt locally by a customer,
it would fail.
