Fixed with updated digikam and exiv2 included in KDE:Extra and openSUSE Leap
42.x.

Most likely this issue was not fixed for 13.2, given that digikam and exiv2
were not updated in the main repos, and I can't find any evidence to suggest
that libexiv2-14 was built in KDE:Extra for 13.2.
