@Gerald This kernel issue/bug has been expanded. The s390x releases for
SLES/openSUSE Leap and Tumbleweed have been stuck because it has blocked many
build workers.

Tumbleweed has got this issue with LLVM13 as an example. Here I would call it a
forwarding of the issue. Ihno wants to create a new bug report because of this
behaviour and will forward you a dump for it.

@Kernel developers: Do we want to remove the patch again? We can do it (in my
opinion) after the creation of the dump for Gerald.
