Werner, that's one commit from about 1100 between xorg-server 1.15.2 and
1.16.0.
Unfortunately you're wrong when thinking anybody would go over all patches
before updating the xorg-server tarball. :-(

BTW, this change is already in since openSUSE 13.2.
