Booting for installation is started from the reader device:

After installation, this should be switched to boot device (e.g. 0.0.0150)
which can be manually achieved by

2:s390vsl175:~ # chreipl ccw -d 0.0.0150
Re-IPL type: ccw
Device:      0.0.0150
Loadparm:    ""
Bootparms:   ""
2:s390vsl175:~ # 

This is not done automatically after installation is done, so the reboot is not
working, see attached y2logs
