use iso-codes to get countries in yast-ntp-client
Patch to use the countries from the iso-codes package in yast-ntp-client.
It assumes the new json format from iso-codes-3.71, available in GNOME:Factory
for now.
Does this look good? I can adjust the CA management in a similar way.
