I am seeing normal performance (no stutters) as of today, with:

- 'standard' kernel boot line, BOOT_IMAGE=... root=... splash=silent resume=...
quiet (no spectre_v2 changes )
- only standard packages ( no patched mutter at all from comment 5 and others )
- hyper-threading enabled
- all packages updated as of snapshot 20190506 ( so Gnome 3.32, Kernel 5.0.11 )
