It should be removed because user can change setting in sysconfig editor. Such change triggers kbdsettings.service, and change should be applied immediately. Both issues are fixed now. But here is a problem: sysconfig file contains ## ServiceRestart: kbdsettings Looking at y2log, it seems to ignore oneshot services by design.
