Comment # 1 on bug 1116413 from Benjamin Greiner

Currently Tumbleweed provides the sip, and PyQt5.sip module through the
python3-sip package, which is required by python3-qt5 through the "Requires:   
   %{pyname}-sip(api) = %{python_sip_api_ver}" directive). So this bug should
be resolved for a long time now.

 I plan to replace this by python3-qt5-sip in the near future.
