But I have no idea why the SCR::Read has failed. Yes, it reports that reading the file has failed as such file doesn't exist, but the code actually uses SCR::Read(.target.dir, "...") to list all files from a given directory. And the file MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT.conf was listed.
