Issues is due to package udisks no longer beign supported (and replaced by udisks2) and the unistallation of udisks not renaming / disabling the configuration file /etc/udev/rules.d/80-udisks.rules. Renaming that file /etc/udev/rules.d/80-udisks.rules.rpmsave solves the problem. To correct the problem would require to change the udisks package under 42.1 prior to upgrading to 42.2.
