I will not get to address this anytime soon. Considering the test case is rather artificial - OOM victims with basically all the memory locked are really rare. The fix is not really trivial. I will address is eventually but there are higher priorities currently. So I am going with WONTFIX here. Feel free to reopen when a real life usecase hits this situation
