Chivo is the name of the affected system, tuctuc is the name of the system on
which this issue has not appeared yet. Both have the same release of Tumblewedc
installed. nscd was disabled on both systems upon a fresh install, and ncsd
remains disabled on tuctuc.

Any other theory?
