The current behaviour (needing an additional rule for your script in
/usr/local/sbin/) is correct and expected, therefore I'll close the bug as
"worksforme".

However, I still wonder why it ever worked _without_ that rule - in theory, you
should have needed the additional rule for your script all the time.
I'm not sure if it's worth to spend time on digging in old logs, but if you
accidently ;-) find a hint that might explain the previous unexpected
behaviour, please keep me updated.
