https://doc.opensuse.org/documentation/leap/security/html/book-security/cha-selinux.html#sec-selinux-install advises to install all packages that have selinux in their name, including eg development packages and static libs that are totally unrelated. Shouldn't it be sufficient to install the selinux pattern?
