In the Cinnamon desktop, clicking System Settings --> Themes should bring up an option to change themes, icons and other settings. This is now broken in Cinnamon 4.2.3 in Tumbleweed. If I click 'Themes,' nothing happens. System Settings --> System Info also isn't functioning.
