Hi, sorry for the delayed answer. 

Please note rancher-desktop is not part of Tumbleweed neither part of openSUSE
and rancher-desktop is still on a pre-release phase.

In addition, Rancher-desktop uses OBS to produce signed packages and
repositories, however the build is happening within GH Actions.

You can reach RD developers by setting issues at github
(https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/issues) or by using the
Rancher Users Slack in the #rancher-desktop channel
(https://slack.rancher.io/).

According this report I assume it was tested against TW. I am not sure how is
TW support for RD today, I know it used to be problematic in previous beta
releases.

Please fill an issue at github providing all relevant details (use bug report
template for the new issues).
