Ah, my fault. Now I tried the following:

zypper in
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Maintenance:/7039/openSUSE_Leap_42.3_Update/x86_64/drm-kmp-default-4.9.33_k4.4.76_1-5.1.x86_64.rpm

after rebooting I had the same issue again.

After removing the package again and rebooting, everthing works fine again.

Sorry for the bad news. Could I help with further debugging?
