1) rkhunter --update updates e.g. message translations to new versions.
However the devs found it OK to make rkhunter 1.4.0 give errors with the new
message files.

2) rkhunter < 1.4.2 are unable to deal with systemd as installed system logger
(they only check for syslog, syslog-ng, rsyslog), producing a daily alet email.

Please update rkhunter to the latest version, which has been out >1y now.
I am not sure why stable openSUSE versions like 13.2 are released without the
latest versions of this kind of package, I'd think users want their security
checkers up to date.
