I tried S4 on my Skylake laptop, and the issue is reproduced. The S4 itself works but it spews the error messages like this. And this bug has been present for a while. I tested Leap 42.2 GM kernel on the laptop. And the bug appears. Wow. We just overlooked this for such a long time. I must have had seen this, as I vaguely remember, but I must have forgotten again...
