The icingaweb2-*-2.8.2-1.* packages from https://packages.icinga.com/openSUSE/15.2/release/ work very well now. Please update 2.7.4 -> 2.8.2 also in the openSUSE Leap 15.2/15.3 repositories. icingaweb2-2.7.4 is definitely not compatible with the actual php7 version 7.4.6.
