Submitting to openSUSE:Maintenance:Test:Leap_42.2 is incorrect, see
https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Package_maintenance

But the overall submission is confused: For openSUSE Leap 42.2 and 42.3 this
package comes from SLE. As soon as the update is released in
SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:Update, it will be imported into Leap maintenance shortly
thereafter.

In addition, as  42.3 is not released yet, there is no maintenance yet. The SLE
12 SP2 update will be directly imported, or released as maintenance update
after the 42.3 freeze.

Please try again, which in this case means wait until the YaST team has put
this through SLE maintenance.
