You're using Tumbleweed, not Leap 42.1, right? Please clarify your distribution. There was a similar report, but it was about Leap 4.1.5 kernel on Thinkpad T430 (boo#973727), which is supposed to be fixed in the latest 4.1.20 kernel. In anyway, the problem is very likely dependent on the hardware. Please give "hwinfo --all" output.
