Comment # 1 on bug 1051159 from Wolfgang Rosenauer

I guess just changing the file picker would not work since the whole print
dialog is managed by Gtk3.

So the only option would be to try to replace the Gtk3 print dialog with a KDE
one. Not sure if that is possible but does kmozillahelper have support for that
in theory?
